この教訓から、なぜイギリスが失敗したのかを簡単にまとめてみます。
「一定期間以上、雇用から排除されると容易には職に就けない」。なかなか大変な話です。後追い的な施策では手遅れになることが多いというのが、ひとつの教訓です。

臨時特例つなぎ資金は、この間の生活を維持することが困難な住居のない離職者の方に対して、当面の生活費を迅速に貸付け、自立を支援する制度です。
