| See Details | 「不安定・うつ」は若者世代（34歳以下の人）で急速に増えている心の健康リスクです。「創造人生」プログラムでは「不安定・うつ」という指標を設け、うつ病や双極性障害などの念頭に置いて、その兆候を持つ人がどの程度いるかを調べるため、「気分が不安定になり、落ち込むことがよくある」という質問に対し「はい」と答えた人を採っています。「不安定・うつ」は、何事にも喜びを感じられなくなり、気分が落ち込む大変苦しい状態が長期間続き、本人にとっても、家族にとっても本当につらい状況になります。 これまでの9都市の調査では、若者世代（34歳以下のひと）で「不安定・うつ」の比率が大きく上昇しており、調査を行った9都市の内、５都市で30%を超える人がこのような症状を訴えていることが分かりました。 More Info(contributed by ) |
